8. Payment and Refund

If the US dollar is a foreign currency to your credit card, your bank may charge you an international credit card processing fee when you make a payment and refund.

If you want to cancel the order, please send a formal written application to the customer service mailbox within 30 days (inclusive) of the order date.

• 100% of the full order fee will be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date (inclusive) and if you have not watched the official paid unit (not including the trial unit).
• Within 8-30 days from the date of purchase and have not watched the official paid unit (except for the trial unit), 30% of the order fee can be refunded.
• If you apply for more than (inclusive) 30 days after the purchase, no refund will be made.
• Refunds will be issued within 4-6 weeks based on original method of payment.
• Your access to the service /course will be cancelled after the cancellation.

9. Governing Law

The School may review and update this Terms and Conditions of Use at any time in our sole discretion and it is Your responsibility to stay informed of those changes. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all uses of the website thereafter. Your continued use of the website and service following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that You accept and agree to be bound by the changes. Please check this webpage periodically for updates.

During the validity period of this contract or after the termination of this contract, you shall not maliciously damage the goodwill of the School.

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
